Hilary Collins is a Colchester-born PR specialist. She founded the award-winning, Big Wave PR agency in 2007 and has delivered a series of standout campaigns. She spearheaded Essex County Council’s #ThisisEssex, which challenged the Essex stereotype and gained support from local heroes, such as Essex-born novelist, Martina Cole and comedian, Ellie Taylor. Her work has grabbed national headlines, such as the 75^th anniversary of D-Day, where over 300 veterans set sail to Normandy. Hilary is passionate about PR and puts creativity and engaging storytelling at the heart of everything.
