“I am lucky that in living and working in Essex and through my role at Signals I have been able to meet and work with so many interesting people and communities, amazing people working to make a difference to the development, cultural and community life of the county. The rich cultural life of Essex brings people together and expresses the amazing history, present and future of the ever-changing people of Essex.”
