Kate Waterfield is an Essex-based musician and composer and former Deputy Director of Focal Point Gallery in Southend-on-Sea. Currently project director of the Black Robin Farm, a new arts, education and cultural centre planned for the South Downs in Sussex, Kate brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight across the arts and culture sector in Essex, having also worked in wildlife conservation, and community and visitor engagement.
