In the summer of 2024, we launched our Essex Cultural Ambassadors campaign. Through this campaign, we aim to celebrate success and inspire future artists, and creatives. Culture and creativity belongs to everyone and can offer rewarding careers; it can inspire generations and have a positive impact on the lives of everyone in Essex. We have a legacy in innovation and our creative businesses are nationally and internationally recognised.

With over 40 ambassadors from across the county, the aim of the campaign is to celebrate the vibrancy of the cultural and creative sector in Essex; to encourage residents to interact with Arts and Culture; to make the link between the creative industries and the valuable part they play in the economic growth in Essex, and to inspire the next generation of artists, creatives, performers, and entrepreneurs.
